When the civil revision petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the said O.S.No.99 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District was disposed of on 08.04.2022. In view of the same, nothing survives in this civil revision petition.

2. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
