ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2026 in accordance with law.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the respondent police have not yet received representation.
3.Hence, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the second respondent Police.
4. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's fresh representation, if any, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
