ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to de-freeze the petitioner's savings bank account No.53220003211239 with the 2nd respondent forth with and allow the petitioner to operate the accounts regularly without any hindrance.
2. Initially, a First Information Report was filed against the petitioner, who was shown as an accused. Subsequently, the defacto complainant and the petitioner have settled the issue. In this regard, the petitioner is citing an affidavit filed by the defacto complainant, which states as follows:

'2. I further state that I came to understand that in pursuant to the registration of the FIR, one Babu Kumar, son of Santhanaraj, residing at 41C/4, Panai Sankaraiyer 2/5
Nagar, 4th street, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District, Dhanush Ram, son of Santhana raj, residing at 41C/4, Panai Sankaraiyer Nagar, 4th street, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District, C.Arulvel, son of Chandravel, residing at 2H, Pannai Sankaraiyer nagar 1st street, Ambasamudram Taluk, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District and Arun Balaji son of Jayabalan, residing at 17/8, Venkatrangam pillai street, Triplicane, Chennai have been arrested and remanded to judicial custody and their bail petitions are pending as Crl.M.P. No.3855 & 3891 of 2025. In this scenario, a compromise has arrived and the above said accused persons have settled a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-to me as on outcome of the same. D.D.Nos. 001018, 001017, 370547'.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the first respondent submitted that the 1st respondent has given instructions to the respondents No. 2 to defreeze the account.
4. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to de-freeze the petitioner's savings bank account Number 53220003211239 with the 2nd respondent forthwith. The petitioner shall be allowed to operate these accounts immediately.

5. With these directions this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
