Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to disburse the arrears of stagnation increment and arrears of revised pay and allowances in pursuance of Bipartite settlement arrived between the management of Tamilnadu State Transport Corporation Tirunelveli Ltd Association and the workman unions by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to disburse the arrears of stagnation increment and arrears of revised pay and allowances in pursuance of Bipartite https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.5948 of 2022 settlement arrived between the management of Tamilnadu State Transport Corporation Tirunelveli Ltd Association and the workman unions by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2022.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that by virtue of the bi-partite settlement arrived at between the management and the workman Unions, the petitioner's representation will be considered.

5. In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.01.2022 and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
