This writ of mandamus is filed by the brother of the Life Convict seeking mandamus to consider the representation dated 10.02.2025 seeking emergency leave for 7 days without police escort.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the request made by the petitioner in her representation dated 10.02.2025 was duly considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 10.03.2025.

3. A copy of the rejection order has also been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner.
