Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Notice issued by the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka. No.2839/2024/A2 dated 24.06.2024 and quash the same as illegal and for other reliefs.
ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.Gandhiraj, Special Government Pleader, for the Petitioners and of Mr.J.Lawrance, Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:
"This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the period of three months to comply with the order dated 30.07.2024 made in W.P.(MD) No.17678 of 2024 on the file of this Court.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and upon recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners that the order has been made ready and will be
issued within a period of 15 days, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed by extending the period by 15 days from today."
