ORDER
Heard Mr.R.Murugappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5.
2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner and his family members are ex-communicated by the respondents 6 to
12. The third respondent has conducted an enquiry in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A4/4975/2016, but till date, the enquiry has not been concluded. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Such an exercise shall be done, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as any the respondents 6 to 12.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
