[Order of the Court was made by N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 03.11.2025, wherein, the petitioner seeks for granting ordinary leave for his father.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents placed before this Court the order passed by the second respondent dated 22.02.2026.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
