ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 343 of IPC and Section 5(L) and 6, 16 and 17 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.5 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is the uncle of A1 and with the help of this petitioner, A1 kidnapped the defacto complainant's daughter who is a minor girl.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that A1 is having love affairs with the victim minor girl and that the A1 and the victim are school students and that the petitioner is the uncle of A1 and that the petitioner has not committed any offence and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the A1 is still in judicial custody from 01.05.2018 and that the investigation is at an earlier stage.

5. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and that the investigation is an earlier stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
