When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel submitted that the petitioner's application dated 12.12.2016, seeking issuance of destitute widow's certificate would be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
