ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 10.04.2024 in W.P.(MD).No.8404 of 2024 passed by this Court.

2. While allowing the said writ petition, this Court has directed the fifth respondent therein to consider the proposal resubmitted by the petitioner on 11.01.2024 afresh, in the light of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.25492 of 2019 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. During the course of hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by passing orders on 28.02.2025. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has also endorsed the same.

4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view that no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition.

5. Accordingly, this contempt stands closed.
