ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) Today, the second respondent produced the detenu by name Karunya before us.

2.The detenu informed that she is a major and on account of certain problems with her father, she shifted home and has been staying at Coimbatore.

3.Now the detenu is prepared to go with her husband and parents.

4. We have also heard the petitioner.

5. Since the detenu is a major, she is set at liberty.

This Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with the above observation.
