ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] In the opinion of this Court, a Mandamus, as prayed for by the petitioner, cannot be issued, as the petitioner has not relied upon the violation of any specific provision of law. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a suit under Section 91 of the Code of Civil Procedure, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
