Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the pending writ petition, the petitioner has joined in the post and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.

2. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
