It is the case of the petitioner that she is the owner of the land in RS No.132.27 and that one Anbukalanchiyam is unnecessarily threatening the petitioner and causing nuisance. Therefore, the petitioner has given a complaint dated 15.02.2017 to the 2nd respondent and has followed it up by filing the present petition for a direction to the respondent police to give police protection. 2.Today, Mr.R.Ganesan, Sub Inspector of Police, R.S.Mangalam Police Station, is present before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's father Ramamoorthy had given similar complaint, based on which, a petition enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.4/2017, in which, both the parties, namely, Ramamoorthy and Anbukalanchiyam appeared and they agreed to survey the land through a Surveyor and settled their dispute. Recording the same, the petition enquiry was closed on 08.01.2017.

Anbukalanchiyam creating problem.
5.In a case of this nature, no direction can be issued as prayed for as the matter has to be decided by the civil Court. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. If the said Anbukalanchiyam commits any offence, it is open to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action can be taken in accordance with law.
