This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.102 of 2016 and to file final report within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in Crime No.102/2016, this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. However, the respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation in Crime No.102/2016 and either file a closure report or chargesheet, as the case may be, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

after due intimation to the petitioner.
