PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023, to direct the 2nd respondent to file report in respect of the FIR in Cr.No. 372 of 2025, dated 29.07.2025, on the file of the 2nd respondent within a specific time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent to file a final report in respect of FIR in Cr.No.372 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents, the referred charge sheet has been filed on the same day, namely on 17.09.2025. However, so far it has not been served upon the petitioner. This Court directs to serve upon the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
