O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner by interfering with the Civil Dispute, which is pending before appropriate Court of law for adjudication, so as for compelling the Petitioner to vacate his house premises.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the complaint given by Laxmi against this petitioner to the Commissioner of Police, Trichy City, has been forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Anti Land grabbing Cell, Trichy.

4.Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry with the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Trichy and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Trichy, is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner against arrest.
