Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner has given an application dated 21.01.2019, seeking survey of his land.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents will complete the said exercise within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the respondents will have to serve notice to all the adjacent land owners. If any resistance or opposition is encountered from any third party and the same is having any basis, the respondents will relegate the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Civil Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
