... Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to take action on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 22.01.2022 within a time frame, as fixed by this High Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to take appropriate action, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the third respondent on 22.01.2022 and the same is still pending.

3.Considering the above, third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 22.01.2022, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party and pass orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD). No.5974 of 2022 merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
