This petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer the investigation from 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent based on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to transfer the enquiry of the complaint and the same was already closed, nothing survives for further adjudication. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law if he is aggrieved. In view of the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
