ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 27.06.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 302 IPC in Crime No.84 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the de facto complainant's 3rd daughter was having intimacy with one Charles and eloped on 24.04.2016 and based on the complaint of the wife of Charles namely, Esther, the victim was secured and handed over to the de facto complainant. On 26.06.2016, the petitioner came to the house of the de facto complainant and attacked the deceased his sister, with Aruval on her head and neck and murdered. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody from 27.06.2016 onwards. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that investigation is almost completed and awaiting for chemical analysis report.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m.
