ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The writ petitioner has given an application dated 09.01.2019 for issuance of patta in respect of the lands mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. The respondent shall pass orders on the said application within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is seen that a civil suit is pending, therefore the respondent shall issue notice to the rival party, who appears to be the petitioner's own brother. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. It is left open to the respondent to pass order one way or the other. 3.With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
