This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed him under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that there is no complaint or petition is pending against the petitioner before the second respondent and the complaint is pending against the petitioner before the Trichy G.H. Police Station, Trichy.
