This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to expeditiously complete the proceedings pending before the Respondent No.5 in 104/SP CAMP/TEN/2020, consequently to direct the respondent no.1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the respondent no.6 by considering petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2021 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending on the file of the fifth respondent.

3.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents police. 4.Considering the above, the fifth respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and complete the same, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 5.With the above observations and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
