O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.105 of 2016, on the file of the second respondent police Station, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires six months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
