ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2018 for absorption as per the common order of this Court dated 24.04.2018 in WP(MD) Nos.16591 of 2019 batch etc., in the light of B.P.No.9 dated 09.01.2008, this writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3.The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation to the respondents on 25.07.2018, seeking absorption as per the common order passed by this Court in WP(MD) Nos.16591 of 2019 batch etc., on 24.04.2018 and also in the light of the proceedings of the second respondent in B.P.No.9 dated 09.01.2008. Since no action is forthcoming on the petitioner's representation, this writ petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and appropriate orders be passed.

5.In view of the above submission, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2018 in the light of the common order passed by this Court in WP(MD) Nos.16591 of 2019 batch etc., on 24.04.2018 and also in the light of the proceedings of the second respondent in B.P.No.9 dated 09.01.2008 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
