ORDER
Seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2019 with regard to reimbursement of medical expenses, the petitioner is before this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2. In view of the order, which is going to be passed hereunder, no notice is required to the third respondent.

Headmaster, getting pension. Due to heart attack, he was admitted in Vadamalayan hospital and spent some amount towards treatment. Seeking reimbursement of the medical expenses incurred, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 11.03.2019 and the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking the above prayer.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and appropriate orders be passed.
5.In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
