ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking third incentive increment for higher qualification, that is, M.Phil degree obtained by him.
2. Since the post has sanctioned only two incentive increments for teachers who acquired higher qualifications, the petitioner is eligible only for two incentive increments. However, he seeks third incentive increment for acquiring M.Phil degree and hence, the matter is no more res integra. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneuos petition is closed.
