This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give protection to the life and limbs of the petitioner and to his family members on the basis of representation dated 02.03.2017. 2.Ms.K.Viji, Sub Inspector of Police, Rajapalayam South Police Station, is present before this Court.

3.On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 02.03.2017 to the first respondent, which has been forwarded the same to the 2nd respondent for enquiry. The 2nd respondent has issued summons dated 19.03.2017 to the petitioner calling upon him to appear for enquiry on 21.03.2017 at 10 a.m.,but the petitioner did not appear. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent for enquiry.
