Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 413 days in filing C.M.A(MD)SR.No.20018 of 2014, is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of the District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRIPKM (Account No.10767823177, IFSC: SBIN0000898, State Bank of India, Periyakulam Branch) on or before 11.07.2024.
