This petition is filed to condone the delay of 29 days in preferring the criminal appeal against the order dated 28.10.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No. 328 of 2025 on the file of the learned II Additional Sessions Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.I.Pinayagash, learned counsel, who takes notice for the 3rd respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit, delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
