ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.04.2019 for disbursement of retirement and monetary benefits with 18% interest from the date of retirement ie., on 30.04.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the stage of admission itself.
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation, praying for disbursement of retirement and monetary benefits, payable to the petitioner, has not been acted upon by the respondent, so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking necessary orders to the respondent.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits.

5.Though the present representation is dated, 08.04.2019, earlier representation for the similar relief had already been submitted to the authority a year back, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.04.2019 seeking disbursement of retirement benefits, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
