ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service in the permanent post of conductor from the date on which he completed 240 days of service from the date of joining in the service ie., from 02.01.2013 and disburse all consequent benefits by considering his representation, dated 29.03.2019.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the stage of admission itself.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that though he was appointed as Conductor in the second respondent Corporation through Employment Exchange on 02.01.2013 and completed 240 days of working days, till now, the respondents have not regularize his service. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents on 29.03.2019 seeking to regularize his service. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents on merits.
5.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.03.2019 seeking regularization of service and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
