Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14A(2) of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amended Act, 2016, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order dated 18.12.2020 made in Cr.M.P.No.109 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Thoothukudi and to set aside the same and consequently, to release the appellant on bail in connection with the F.I.R in Crime No.160 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent police. This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1953 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.3 of 2021, dated 08.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1953 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.3 of 2021, dated 08.03.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents has strongly opposed to relax the condition.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.1953 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.3 of 2021, dated 08.03.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
