Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register the document pertaining to the plot No.24 of Sundareswarar Nagar layout in group of Survey Nos.29/3, 29/4, 29/8 of Thirumoogur Revenue Village presented for registration by waiving presentation of original sale deed bearing Document No.4379/2001 and cancelling the refusal Check-slip issued under Registration Rule 27, dated 09.04.2019, which is based on legal notice of stranger to the property.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner will have to produce the parent document for registering the petition mentioned documents. If the parent document is not available, the petitioner will have to lodge a police complaint and also cause paper publication in that regard. If these two documents are produced before the second respondent, subject to fulfillment of other formalities, the second respondent would definitely register the petition mentioned document. 2.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
