ORDER
The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that pending the execution petition he has now been informed that the petitioner/judgment-debtor has settled the amount to the decree-holder and as such, nothing further survives to be decided in the civil revision petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
