JUDGMENT

When the matter came up for hearing on 26.07.2017, the learned counsel on record has filed a memo, dated 26.07.2017 stating that the papers have been handed over to the appellants and the memo is recorded. Hence, the Registry was directed to verify whether any counsel has filed vakalat or not and if not, directed to print the names of the appellants in the cause list and listed the matter on 27.07.2017.

2.Today when the matter is called, though the names of the appellants have been printed in the cause-list, none appeared for them either in person or through counsel. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
