ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2019 and to remove the petitioner's name from the Crime No.186/2017 and issue Police Verification Certificate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner has made a representation dated 21.03.2019 to the respondents to remove his name from the Crime No.186 of 2017 and issue Police Verification Certificate for continuing his service in Ordnance Factory and since no order has been passed, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4.Therefore, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
