(This petition is heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking quashment of C.C.No.5/2016, on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Judgment has been pronounced by the learned Judicial Magistrate in above said case on 21.09.2021, wherein, the petitioners were acquitted from the case. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
