ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition to modify the condition imposed in the bail order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2293 of 2016 in Crime No.462 of 2016 by the learned Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari Division at Nagercoil.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner, who is an accused for offence under Section 420 IPC in Crime No.462 of 2016, has obtained favourable order in Crl.M.P.No.2293 of 2016, releasing him on bail imposing onerous condition by the learned Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari Division at Nagercoil, requiring him to deposit documents of his immovable properties worth of Rs.2,00,000/- before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai. The petitioner moved an application in Crl.M.P.No.2374 of 2016 for relaxing the said condition, which has been dismissed. Hence, the petitioner has moved this petition.

depositing documents of his immovable properties worth of Rs.2,00,000/- alone stands deleted and in other respects, the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.2293 of 2016 stand unaltered. 5.With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
