This contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 12.08.2022 passed by this Court in W.P. (MD) No.18396 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents /Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation produced a copy of the proceedings in Ref.No.L3/Cont.P (MD) No.545/2023/LAW-I/TNSTC(CBE)/2023, dated 31.10.2023, stating that the order alleging non-compliance of this contempt petition has been complied with. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. The said submissions are recorded.
