Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 2/4

The second respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. The second respondent shall put the interested persons including the private respondents herein on notice before passing the final order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
