ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners/A4 and A6, who were arrested on 17.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 342 and 302 IPC in Cr.No.334 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 17.07.2016 when the deceased came in a motor cycle to pick up the defacto complainant, the accused restrained the deceased and attacked him and caused his death and the defacto complainant preferred a complaint. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have nothing to do with the occurrence and merely happened to witness the occurrence and the petitioners have been in custody from 17.07.2016.
4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that though no overtact has been attributed against the petitioners they have monitored the movement of the petitioners.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that they are in custody from 17.07.2016, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai and on condition that petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
