ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limbs of the petitioner and his family members and also his property, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 16.12.2024.
2. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in S.No. 920/1 situated at Poomparai Village, Kodaikanal and the private respondents interfered with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the property and also they threatened the petitioner. Thereby, he lodged a complaint and a case in Crime No.208 of 2022 was registered. While so, again on 16.12.2024, the private respondents trespassed into the property and assaulted the petitioner's sister and also damaged crops worth about Rs.50,000/-. In view of the same, this Court directs the first respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of one
