ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to regularize the period of 51 days from 01.01.2012 to 20.02.2012 as petitioner's duty period with consequential benefits, within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the

respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.Though the prayer in the writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner confines the same for considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.10.2018 by the respondents within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents 2 to 4 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.Considering the limited prayer as now sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.10.2018, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
