ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.1017 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Madurai, wherein the petitioner/accused has been charged for the offences punishable under Section 118(1) of IPC.

2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into compromise and a Joint Compromise Memo has also been filed, wherein the de-facto complainant agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. The de-facto complainant is present in person and he also acknowledges the fact that he has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

3. In view of the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.1017 of 2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, is hereby quashed. Consequently, the criminal original petition is allowed.
