This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's Revision Petition in Na.Ka.No.2261/2018/Sa.Pa, dated 24.07.2018 and to pass final orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the enquiry proceeding was completed, the revision petition is pending for the past one year. Hence, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking to pass final orders in the revision petition within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.The learned respective counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that final orders would be passed by the first respondent on merits within the time fixed by this Court. 5.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the revision petition, dated 25.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
