Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GEORGE RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3570 of 2023, dated 03.03.2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working in private bank and hence, he could not able to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., and hence, he prayed to modify the said condition. 3.Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 07.00 pm., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
