This petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.348 of 2014 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent to the 4th respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. instructions, would submit that after investigation in Crime No.348 of 2014, the respondent police filed charge sheet on 30.07.2014, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District and the same is yet to be taken on file.
